Ordering

  1. Log into your Customer Account by tapping/clicking the icon in the top right. Input the email and password you used when you created your customer account then tap/click Sign In.

  2. Once you’re in checkout in the Payment screen, you’ll see a “Benefits” section. Tap/click the drop down menu, select the Bag Bucks Product Credit, then tap/click Apply. Bag Bucks will be applied as a payment type to the order! Note: Inputting the Bag Bucks code to the “Gift Certificate” field will not work!

For a personal shopping experience, you may shop with your Consultant directly or via their website. You may also host a party with your Consultant. Hosting as an Insider earns you great Insider rewards. Note: If order is over $200, be sure to reach out to your Consultant before submitting your order to redeem Insider rewards.

Orders being shipped to the contiguous U.S. 48 states or APO/FPO addresses:

  • $6.95 U.S. shipping on all orders $100 U.S. and up
  • $8.95 U.S. shipping on all orders under $100 U.S.

Orders being shipped to Canada:

  • $9.95 CA shipping on all orders $100 CA and up
  • $12.95 CA shipping on all orders under $100 CA

From a desired item, click the “Personalize” button and follow the steps from there choosing the design, design color(s) if applicable, text and color. Personalizations available vary by item. Please refer to the Product & Personalization Guide (US | CA) for more details.

Simple edits like correcting typos on personalization can be made to an order after it is submitted by a Consultant or Consultant Support. The order must be in a status of “Entered” to be eligible. Please reach out to your Consultant directly or Consultant Support to make this kind of edit. Items can not be added to or removed from an order after is it submitted.
*Note: Print or personalization edits cannot involve a price change (i.e., Icon to embroidery etc…)

You may cancel this order, without penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS
DAYS (FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALASKA RESIDENTS; FIFTEEN DAYS FOR NORTH DAKOTA
RESIDENTS SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OR OLDER FOR PURCHASES OVER FIFTY DOLLARS) from
the date of transaction. If you cancel, you must make available to Thirty-One Gifts (“Thirty-One”), in substantially good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under the
terms of this sale. If you wish, you may comply with Thirty-One’s instructions regarding the
return shipment of products at Thirty-One’s risk and expense. If you do make the products
available to Thirty-One, and Thirty-One does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your
notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the products without further obligation. If
you fail to make the products available to Thirty-One, or if you agree to return the products to
Thirty-One but fail to do so, then you remain liable for the performance of all your obligations
under the terms of this sale. To cancel this transaction in accordance with this section, please
call your Consultant within three business days of the date of purchase (five business days for
Alaska residents; 15 days for North Dakota residents sixty-five years or older for purchases over
Fifty Dollars).

Shipping

For US orders shipped via FedEx, you may use FedEx Deliver Manager via FedEx.com to change your address or you may contact Consultant Support to change the address on an order for a fee of $17 per order. Addresses for orders shipped through FedEx SmartPost (handed off to the USPS) cannot be changed. For Canadian orders, you may contact Consultant Support to change the address on an order for a fee of $17 per order.

Once an order is submitted, the normal shipping standard is approximately 15 business days (or as otherwise communicated).

If you have a Customer Account, you may track orders placed with that same email by signing into your account (see Customer Account section for more details), clicking Party Orders or Non-Party Orders, clicking Order Detail, then Items, and the status of the items will appear. If shipped, it will include a clickable tracking number. If you don’t have a Customer Account, you will receive a “Your order from Thirty-One Gifts has shipped” email, once it has shipped. You may also contact your Consultant or Consultant Support for status information on your order.

Returns

At Thirty-One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, please contact your Consultant within 90 days of the order shipment date by Thirty-One. Personalized items may only be returned due to our manufacturer’s defect or upon further review by Thirty-One. For more information visit Returns (US | CA). Go to your Consultant’s website and click on Sign In on the top right corner to create an account. Click “Create an Account” under Don’t have an Account yet? Fill in your name, email, desired password, accept the terms, and click “Create Account.”

You will receive a confirmation email.

Currently, you can save your phone number and address for future ordering. You can also track your orders. Your Customer Account may earn you future access and perks to exclusive products and discounts.

Emails from a Consultant and Thirty-One

Toward the bottom on your Consultant’s Thirty-One site, enter your email in the field below “Sign up for my email to stay connected” and click “Subscribe”

 Click “Mange Email Preferences” from the bottom of the website, enter your email and we’ll send an email to that address with a link to your Email Subscription Center. From there, you can manage your email preferences to stay connected or Unsubscribe.

Click “Unsubscribe” from the bottom of the website, enter your email, check the “Remove me” box, and click “Update.”
